Visit the Exhibitor Registration area to register for your badges online to save time on-site. To access your company’s badge allotment, please select your company name from the drop-down menu in the provided link and enter your password. Your password can be found in the booth confirmation email sent to the main contact for your company. If you need your password re-sent, please email registration@divcom.com. |
Exhibitor Registration Costs
|
Each exhibiting company may register 5 complimentary Exhibitor Exhibits Only badges per 10’ x 10’ booth. For example, a 10’x 20’ booth will receive up to ten (10) free badges. Additional Exhibitor Exhibits Only badges will be charged $35 per badge. Exhibitor Conference Badges may be purchased for $620. Additional badges will not be processed without payment.
Please note: Exhibitor Exhibits Only badges are not valid for admission to conference sessions.

Badge Pick Up
|
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code and badge number for each registrant. Print this confirmation or pull it up on your mobile device at the event to have your badge printed for you. |
Correct / Change / Replace Badge
|
If you need to change or correct a badge, log in to the Exhibitor Registration area. Once logged in click on the “Edit” button next to the individuals name you’d like to correct/change. Should you misplace your badge onsite, proceed to the Exhibitor Registration desk and a new badge will be printed for you. |
Lead Retrieval
|
Lead Retrieval will be available for order for Intersolar & Energy Storage North America soon. Don't miss a single sales lead! Not everyone will carry a business card, however every attendee will have a badge with a QR code for you to scan. Invite Customers or Buyers to Attend

To maximize your company's visibility with attendees before IESNA Flagship, we've created custom graphics for exhibiting companies. The graphics showcase your logo along with the IESNA Flagship look and feel, highlighting your participation and making it easy to share with your network by email or social (event hashtags and sample copy will automatically populate). Go to Exhibitor Registration for more information and to access your graphic.
Through the Exhibitor Registration area, you can also invite customers or buyers with your custom link or code via email, share through your company’s social media channels or link an ad on your website. This custom registration link includes a trackable code which will provide a free expo hall pass or 20% off their conference registration. All invitations are at no cost to you – these are included with your exhibit space purchase. These passes should NOT be used to register exhibit booth staff or your vendors; they should only be used for customers. |
